    @JioCare who is responsible if I loose my job during this pandemic. Not everyone has the money to take multiple connections. If you cannot fix the issue I request you to refund the money today so I can take connection from @airtelindia.

    @sunilaravapalli @airtelindia I m also facing same issue. Assurance from Airtel is useless. So i decided not to dig further, porting out is the best solution
