    Dear @airtelindia I have never been your customer for DTH. Still I have got 100+calls saying connection will be deactivated. I've told ur respresentative that I don't own the connection and they can disconnect. Still getting calls. At least de register my number from your system

    @airtelindia you have worst kind customer care service. Your executive did not know how to talk to customer. Today i call on your customer care namely KANDHEEL to know why my number is not working. Her tune was very rude on call. You should give train your agents. Sorry but worst

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet A SR has been raised 3 days ago with number 10165604575604 and yet there hasn't been a solution from your end when we call it cuts off stating that a service ti ket has been raised. May be this is the reason I see people switching to @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I need to renew my current annual internet plan but the app shows the amount to be paid is INR 0.20 instead of the required amount for my plan. My due date is today and I don't want cancellation in service. A callback was promised at 11:30AM today.
