    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have to cancel my broadband connection(as I have upgraded to a Fibre connection from Airtel itself). I have spent last one hour with customer care and not able to find someone who can do this. Is there a way to do it without calls?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia broadband fiber is not working. Please check. It was working yesterday after the outage got resolved but today again it has stopped working.

    Airtel's network in our town Muzaffarabad was very good but network has become very slow since 1 month, your recharge is very expensive, there is no network @airtelindia

    Without Internet life is hell. I use @airtelindia 4G Sim service, which is so disappointing. It's hard for me to even receive meesages and browse Internet when outside wifi zone. Please do something for your valuable customers!
