For Eg while recharging my cash detected twice i made a complaint later there was no response after regular followup every day cash returned Airtel C.C is decent No issues W Singal/4G is excellent

    Aitel is completely unprofessional. If u r into airtel black u get to RM within secs. Once u r out from airtel black and call customer care, unnecessary call routing happening and they set the language to hindi which i couldnt understand at all.. #airtelthanks @airtelindia @TRAI

    @airtelindia people's beware of if you are planning to buy or porting to Airtel network. Worst service.pathetic IVR system and useless customer care executives. cc executive said you live in a area where our network is not strong.

    @airtelindia applied for your broadband. Paid the money. Got a msg for installation with a mobile number. The guy on the number says I don't do installation in your area. I will not come, it's not my problem. You and Airtel figure out. Sales guy stopped picking phone. Pathetic
