@airtelindia I am very disappointed with the customer service. I am having a hard time getting a good connectivity at my hometown. I logged multiple service request that are automatically closed without any resolution and no contact person to report such kind of issues.

@airtelindia Everytime I complain you say YOUR FEEDBACK HAS BEEN TAKEN FOR FUTURE PLANNING. What future planning it's been 6 years since my 1st complaint. Why can't you install a tower and resolve this issue?

@DishTV_India Worst service after sale. No one bother to get the installation done. I'm trapped to all the false promises. Rude sales executive, no help on customer care. Better to go with @airtelindia for better service. Atleast they care and value their customers.

@airtelindia What connection are you talking about? My 1st complaint to you was in Nov 2015 via fb messenger that I have no network coverage and still you aren't providing network coverage. Why are you ignoring people living in rural areas?
