I was a proud airtel customer even in free jio regime. But from past few months internet is not working at my home. Working fine in open area but not inside house. Tried alot to contact and resolve the issue but in vain.thinkg to swich now @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

@airtelindia incredible action from social media team. Your agent sunil yadav told he will arrange a call back within 5 minutes from his manager. Where is the call back? Airtel lies don’t stop anywhere. Poor and ridiculous service.

@airtelindia Airtel service is very poor in my area. No way to reach customer care directly. Finally through deep dow IVR I reached them and the macine answered that your complain will be resolved in 8 days. In modern era 8 days time for such silly problem.
