@airtelindia very pathetic grievance redressal. They give details of engineer who has a on leave and link to track grievance doesn't open. This is how they attend to customer complaint regarding broadband services.

Hey @airtelcare, do you really care? I upgraded to Airtel Black (so called priority service) and since then I have been facing numerous issues and the the time taken to fix these simple issues is more than 15 days for each complaint, that too after 5-6 follow ups. cc @airtelindia
