    Now, i am in an infinite loop customer support->store -> support. Nobody knows what's going on. What do you want? The store replied that we already sent the documents to headoffice. Poor customer service ever. @airtelindia

    1. Hey @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia , My Broadband Fiber Optic Connection is down from past Monday 05/12/2022 till present and no resolution, nothing fixed just customer care giving fake assurance and delaying the fix for next 24 hours and this has been repeatedly told everyday.

    Airtel BB down from 3 days @ home .... still to see any response inspite of calling every day .... fortunately have an ACT connection that works @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Should I move out of AIRTEL--- please get your ACT in place

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia How do you compensate impact of outage on customers? If I miss paying my bill by 1 day then you charge Rs. 100 extra. Does same logic applies for your outages? Worst part is horrible customer care experience.
