    @TRAI pls look into this matter, companies charge a lot of money and results you can't do your valuable work like online classes due to poor network. They talk about 5G but @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence first solve your problem of 4G, even in place like Guwahati.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have done two recharges on my phone 1. 50 GB data pack 2. 84 days unlimited validity pack + had 32 days of existing validity. My Airtel app shows 50 GB valid only till 10 July but actually my plan is expected to get over in August. Please help

    @airtelindia 5 hours ago at 3 pm made a Sim replacement request. Got a new Sim and told it will be activated in 3-4 hrs. At 6 pm called 121 & was told to go back to store & resubmit I'D as it's a mismatch. Sumitted again at 6:30 pm & till now Sim not activated. Pathetic Service.
