  @airtelindia no internet in manpada, thane west area, near garden estate from the last 6-7 hrs..everytime i try to raise a complaint through your disgusting chatbot, it comes up with standard replies that its being worked out and will be solved within 6-7 hrs..wtf is going on???

  @airtelindia Airtel Xstream Fibre Wifi connection intrupted at July 7 12 noon. Complaint raised on July 7 Noon itself. 48 Hrs gone. Called Customer care 5 times in 48 hours. Replying same sentences without even changing words.But still 9/7/26 2.21 pm no one came to resolve.

  Dear @airtelindia, paying for broadband every month just to lose internet for 2–4 days every single month is unacceptable. In our area, outages have become routine, yet there’s no accountability.Customer support gives scripted responses, but the problem never gets fixed. #Airtel
