    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I am having an awesome customer care service. I requested for broad band Internet bill plan change on 18 August 22, more than 48 hrs (and counting), with advance payment made & multiple follow up from my end, the customer service continues to sleep.

    Airtel DTH Service in Rishikesh is the most horrible and rude. Strict no for Airtel. Opt for Jio or Tata Play. Waiting from last 8-9 days and no courtesy and rude staf behaviour @airtelindia @TataPlayin @reliancejio

    @airtelindia I called your customer service they put me on hold for 30minutes saying she will transfer the call to the supervisor..but 30 min on hold and call disconnect..I called for a simple reason..Is this the customer service are we expecting after paying you Monthly rental?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence i have made a payment to my fixed line and the payment is successful via net banking. However the same is not updated and no one is answering calls. This is how you gonna get the complaints to 0 as your service is “0” @jagograhakjago
