    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @AirtelKK trying to convert my physical sim to esim. Verification and customer care calls gets disconnected in the middle of the process.Reaching customer care is impossible. Trying continuously from past 2 days. Is there any way to resolve this.

    @airtelindia @airtelnews I have raised a concern that connectivity is almost dead. I have to come out to talk or browse net. Complaint was closed and no call or visit was made. If u cannot resolve issue I don't want to beg u always. I will move to different provider.

    @airtelindia World's wrst service provider ever, Who is just thr to steal money. Btr switch to @JioCare rather thn usng @airtelindia thy r dacoits, i hav paid fr thr service a mnth bck tht too for 6 mnths n nthr service nor refund i hav gt frm thm. Evn aftr following up many tyms. Pathetic

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews How can a Airtel agent me from his mobile number and misbehave? Is it allowed in Airtel to call it's customers using their own phone number? And charge customer for not rechargeable DTH? Someone did this today. No data security!

    Rude and have no knowledge about products. Hopelessly annoying. @airtelindia is it authorized to give wrong information to your customers? Your customer care talking about protocol and authorization?? First I was asked to get esim for cellular watch, now asked to get physical sim

    Again the service is down fed-up of jio now every week i have to complaint & the engineer comes after 3,4 days please get it dine today ekse moving on to @airtelindia

    @airtelindia On jan 9th am facing issue in my sim then am changed the sim on 10th jan. O. 10th onwards m not avle to use VOLTE services all the settings are enabled in ny handset all the troubleshoots i have tried given by you. Almost 1 month gone still am not able to use VOLTE.
