@airtelindia innumerable complaints on the Airtel Thanks app since November, where the open SRs gets moved to Closed SRs without a change in my internet issues or any contact from your side, now the issue has upgraded call drop and voice cracking. Have you guys given up on life?

@Airtel_Presence Aren't you ashamed of giving such replies? For your kind information there is a whole tower inside the IIT Guwahati campus which belongs to @airtelindia (or so I know). Yet there is so bad 4G network! You are being paid by customers for this 💩 network?!

My problem has been resolved. All I have learnt from my experience is that it’s wasteful to complain on customer care. One should always embarrass @JioCare on social media. What I couldn’t achieve on customer care in 4 day, achieved in 4 hours. Or you switch to @airtelindia.
