@Airtel_Presence Aren't you ashamed of giving such replies? For your kind information there is a whole tower inside the IIT Guwahati campus which belongs to @airtelindia (or so I know). Yet there is so bad 4G network! You are being paid by customers for this 💩 network?!

@airtelindia @airtelindia I put up a service request No.120108082 on 26.07.2020 to shift my LL/BB connection to Guwahati. Shifting not done. Though I paid all dues,shifted from Delhi but still got bill of Rs.1768.82 for my next billing cycle for No use. Why is it so? Waive it.

@Airtel_Presence Dear @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I had been given a time till 23rd Feb to solve the network issue. Today is 27th and I am still facing network issues and "E" or "H+" in the name of 4G. Do you want customers to port to a different network? Your service is and will be worthless!!

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Once I was late for payment of my Wifi then I ask Airtel customer care to remove the late fees, they removed it. Now, from that particular month the bill generated is including late fees even before due date, due to which m unable to pay on time.
