@airtelindia innumerable complaints on the Airtel Thanks app since November, where the open SRs gets moved to Closed SRs without a change in my internet issues or any contact from your side, now the issue has upgraded call drop and voice cracking. Have you guys given up on life?

@Airtel_Presence Aren't you ashamed of giving such replies? For your kind information there is a whole tower inside the IIT Guwahati campus which belongs to @airtelindia (or so I know). Yet there is so bad 4G network! You are being paid by customers for this 💩 network?!

@airtelindia Call drop issue, 4G internet works like snail. Airtel says fastest 4G network but that is not true at all. Almost there are 20 call drops out of my 30-40 calls which I make in a day. Should I port of Jio because vodafone idea is also bad with network and internet??
