No internet since yesterday evening. Tried to contact customer care at 01144444121, but after entering the Airtel no. as asked by the pre recorded voice all I m getting to hear is ur Caller tune. The tune repeated 5 or 6 times but nobody answered. Very poor service @airtelindia

What happened? @airtelindia can't able to study even for the exams due to the network. Showing emergency calls and out of coverage network. This is not expected as I was your loyal customer since 2015 with no other sim connection. Very disappointed and saddened. Guwahati,Assam

@airtelindia you have the worst procedures in the world. I am applying for a sim change because the sim keeps crashing, but name on the SIM card name does not match because of marriage so the procedure is to get a prepaid card then convert back to postpaid and then name change.
