    @airtelindia @TRAI @Airtel_Presence It's very sad to share a very bad experience in airtel office located in Mission Charali, Sonitpur(Assam).Ur customer supporter lady was very rude and showing the power of her employement to me.I want a loyal clarification of this misbehaviour.

    @airtelindia one of my cousin's Airtel number was network disconnected, Sim was his father name and his father expired. he visited to Airtel office for replace duplicate sim, their ask rs. 2000 replace duplicate sim. Location: Kolar Karnataka @TRAI
