    @airtelindia @TRAI @Airtel_Presence It's very sad to share a very bad experience in airtel office located in Mission Charali, Sonitpur(Assam).Ur customer supporter lady was very rude and showing the power of her employement to me.I want a loyal clarification of this misbehaviour.

    Dear @airtelindia, no one has bothered to call or resolve my ‘no data’ issue. I’ve hardly used my phone for calls or sms. I’m choosing not to pay my this month’s bill. Kindly manage to post a full waiver in your accounts. Hope this is fair.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence hi, i have applied BB connection 4 plan 799 & paid 3 months fees as installation free as told to me. now it has been informed to me that connection is not possible due to infra problem at Airtel end. could you pls look in to & returned my money back

    @airtelindia, without any resolution to the S/R No 31-3629283627144 the ticket has been closed. As per customer service(121) n airtel store changed the Sim no luck. Raised complaint to n/w team no response and now asking me to open a newcase w/o getting any solution.

    And when we tried to terminate the service (during lockdown) we were asked to visit the Airtel office to terminate the connection. Since, we didn't do it, the bill is still accruing. Seems that @airtelindia surpasses most service providers in bad after-sales support.

    Since 25 May 2021, @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence customer care executives are linking my email I’d with registered phone number and its still not done. I wonder what technology are they using ? Anyone knows ?

    @airtelindia @airtelnews @airtelnews We have company connections and have prblm with data since months.... Contacted customer care,visited Airtel branches. No use at all.... This is so rediculous and lost trust on Airtel. I hope this tweet will help us.
