@airtelindia @TRAI @Airtel_Presence It's very sad to share a very bad experience in airtel office located in Mission Charali, Sonitpur(Assam).Ur customer supporter lady was very rude and showing the power of her employement to me.I want a loyal clarification of this misbehaviour.

Why should a client pay for no service? Why should we not disconnect? And this when despite the office working on skeletal staff and there has been no use of their service, we've been paying well before time? @airtelindia please stop our services and stop charging us... 3/3

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I recharged my Airtel DTH with a 6M plan 2 days ago since my plan is expiring by Nov 24. However, I still get the same recharge alert on my TV. Please let me know if this a software bug (fix it ASAP) or you would disconnect after paying 1500+ for 6M.
