    @airtelindia @TRAI @Airtel_Presence It's very sad to share a very bad experience in airtel office located in Mission Charali, Sonitpur(Assam).Ur customer supporter lady was very rude and showing the power of her employement to me.I want a loyal clarification of this misbehaviour.

    Airtel_presence @airtelindia , 3 requests, 1 week no resolution. tickets for complain was raised md closed without calling. Quite shambolic service. Let me know if you are interested to provide service or should I port myself to Jio. Tickets raised,tweet done and dm but 0 result

    @AirtelPresence, @airtelindia, Request My sim bearing no 9312995221 has recharge on.15/03.2023. 8:59 AM RS 455/- and another recharge 181/- dt.25/04 8:13 AM, But internet service not working, plz solved above issue as per soon with intimation. Regards Kusum Lata Chaudhary

    I paid ₹4000/- on dated 2nd April 2023 to get the airtel Fiber internet connection. Then I cancelled this request due to bad service in my area. I haven't received my refund amount yet. Shared statement snaps. But no response. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia i need a very quick action otherwise I'll again port it to other network,when you are taking money,give us the proper service, it doesn't make any sense to take higher amount from post paid customer
