@airtelindia @TRAI @Airtel_Presence It's very sad to share a very bad experience in airtel office located in Mission Charali, Sonitpur(Assam).Ur customer supporter lady was very rude and showing the power of her employement to me.I want a loyal clarification of this misbehaviour.

@airtelindia Why is the customer service so poor for broadband services? I have raised a complaint 24 hours ago and have called thrice to understand the issue. The issue has not been resolved yet. Even I did not get any callback regarding the ETA. #poorcustomerservice

Worst service provider @airtelindia I have paid for the fiber connection and the poc says that they can not see the payment in their system and there is no way I can complain about this as they have only bunch of bots as their customer service team #shameonairtel #airtelloot
