    @airtelindia @TRAI @Airtel_Presence It's very sad to share a very bad experience in airtel office located in Mission Charali, Sonitpur(Assam).Ur customer supporter lady was very rude and showing the power of her employement to me.I want a loyal clarification of this misbehaviour.

    @airtelindia In 2 week you have installed network, good to see in advertisement but is it possible in reality, will DM you my location give me airtel's network, not in two week take 2 month but solve it @Airtel_Presence i will port my all 5 number to airtel if i got the coverage.

    @airtelindia your prepaid customer service is a joke. Tried this number 9815098150 many times. Standard cookie cutter reply by your IVR system every time. Not even an option to speak to a representative. Please stop treating your prepaid customers like trash.

    @airtelindia @jagograhakjago It is to state that i did a mistake on 11th february 2022 i.e. i updated my dth hd set top box to airtel xstream set top box, since day first this android box is not working well. Guys plz dont buy this low quality setop box. Airtel ID - 3024802723

    @airtelindia without information the billing date gets changed and intresting messages come your payment is due. Why not inform the customer about the changes
