    @airtelindia @TRAI @Airtel_Presence It's very sad to share a very bad experience in airtel office located in Mission Charali, Sonitpur(Assam).Ur customer supporter lady was very rude and showing the power of her employement to me.I want a loyal clarification of this misbehaviour.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia the quality of network has gone down drastically, so much so calls are randomly dropping and the network is not reliable at all. Often find myself switching to @reliancejio which was a very rare case earlier.

    @Airtel_Presence my broadband is down from last 28 hours and no body is visiting to service the request. "Ticket ID : 10139027208. Will @airtelindia adjust these hours in my billing cycle. Very poor service as always.

    @airtelindia Pathetic Service!! Suddenly ur WIFI goes shut down & aftr raising request & calling area manager Sebastian (no 9632983382) from afternoon he is still sending technician to solve the issue. Unfortunately till now no technician is at our place. Is this how u guys work?
