@airtelindia @TRAI @Airtel_Presence It's very sad to share a very bad experience in airtel office located in Mission Charali, Sonitpur(Assam).Ur customer supporter lady was very rude and showing the power of her employement to me.I want a loyal clarification of this misbehaviour.

@JioCare @JioFiberVoice what a poor service I could see poles to the left of my street but still unable to get connected now I got to know how @airtelindia managed to stay alert in fight they have already installed poles but no poles of fiber from jio losing the market to airtel

@airtelindia Horribe experience! My SIM stopped working all of a sudden day before yesterday. I reached the nearest service centre to get a new sim which was supposed to be activated within 4hrs its been 2 days and these guys are not able get this simple thing done!

Pathetic service, since a month, atleast a day in a week is without internet. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia If this is the case, please let me know how can I cancel my broadband, I have paid the advance for few months, how can I get it back???
