    @airtelindia @TRAI @Airtel_Presence It's very sad to share a very bad experience in airtel office located in Mission Charali, Sonitpur(Assam).Ur customer supporter lady was very rude and showing the power of her employement to me.I want a loyal clarification of this misbehaviour.

    This is pathetic @airtelindia I have received no response from your team but I can see the workers trying the fix the pole outside. This is no way your fix as I and other airtel customers have been in call with agents, hence the visit by them. You guys are pathetic

    Dear airtel I'm trying to connect with your customer care for a long but couldn't connect. I'm suffering from poor network of yours. No internet access. If this happens I port my number to others provider @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Your internet has been terrible for almost a month. The network is slow and often unusable, and even 121 customer care is not connecting. Fix this immediately, or I will switch to Jio, which seems far better than Airtel. @Airtel_Presence

    @TRBRajaa @airtelindia @reliancejio is worse. It used to be the best but now it's barely functional. I'm literally unable to use Teams in their 4G anymore. 5G is very patchy too. This isn't a problem customer care can solve. Needs network overhaul.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Today, your engineer visited my home regarding SR. 11036185388. He suggested replacing my current router with a Wi-Fi 6 router, as the existing one disconnects frequently. Could you please help me arrange the router replacement on an urgent basis?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia still getting internet slowness issue. engineer visited multiple times but they're simply wasting time.. set-top box also stopped working.Never thought airtel services will become such a low standard.. It's duoply.. No premium services remains in our country #airtel
