    @airtelindia @TRAI @Airtel_Presence It's very sad to share a very bad experience in airtel office located in Mission Charali, Sonitpur(Assam).Ur customer supporter lady was very rude and showing the power of her employement to me.I want a loyal clarification of this misbehaviour.

    @airtelindia customer care no 121 does not work, either it takes you to listen their Black plan Or enter Prepaid mobile number. How will postpaid existing customer do contact customer care? Are existing postpaid customer does not have any worth to @Airtel_Presence.

    Hi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence bought an intl roaming pack but getting only 2g speed for the last 4 days. Cannot use internet at all. Reinserting SIM and manual network selection did not work. Only about 0.6 gb of 5 gb used so have not crossed data limit. Pls help

    @airtelindia - I made a terrible mistake by taking airtel broadband connection. I really regret myself now as its not working from Day 1 itself😥 Please give back me my money..! #airtelxstreamfiber

    @AwanishSharan @AwanishSharan sir since it was you as in an IAS officer so atleast they @airtelindia cared to reply. Me as a customer is suffering since long by their 4th class services and they have been ignoring time and again since last November. Poorest services that one can experience!

    @airtelindia it seems that urgent word has lost the importance its been more than 48 hours since i lodged complaint for internet not working but there is absolutely no resolution to it . Complaint no: 10047172449.

    Never use @airtelindia any type of connections or recommend any person , poor network connections or internet speed.I complaint several times but they didn't even take a single action on it Very dissatisfied as a consumer of @Airtel_Presence @Airtel_Presence solve my problem asap

    @airtelindia Hello, I am using airtel postpaid connection since last 2 year with mobile no. 7359579900.On Saturday I called customer care for installation of airtel fiber and airtel dth with change of my existing plan to airtel black. Till this time no response, kindly look into.

    Worst Service..@airtelindia Worst service.Raised request to shift connection,ticket id:-10046254559.Till no luck. Multiple times I called customer service,they are giving false commitment. Which is ridiculous!!! Totally disappointed.
