    @airtelindia @TRAI @Airtel_Presence It's very sad to share a very bad experience in airtel office located in Mission Charali, Sonitpur(Assam).Ur customer supporter lady was very rude and showing the power of her employement to me.I want a loyal clarification of this misbehaviour.

    @airtelindia I ported my mother’s SIM from Vodafone to Airtel and was advised to upgrade from the ₹499 plan to ₹699. It has been 4 days and the SIM is still not ported. I’m already being charged for the ₹699 plan while the service is not active.

    Extremely disappointed @airtelindia @bhartiairtelfdn Wi-Fi coverage is poor, and despite repeated attempts, the assigned technician is not answering calls. Customer care is unable to properly assist or even raise a simple request for Wi-Fi relocation within the same flat.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Not resolved ,more than 10 days after paying fees still installation not done. Pathetic service and responsiveness by your team. Literally no one is taking responsibility

    Why did @airtelindia abruptly stop its good network coverage in my village in 2019 without any reason? 📶🚫 Currently, 0 Airtel coverage in a 25km radius! Competitors (Jio/Vi/BSNL) are terrible here. HUGE untapped market for Airtel Mobile & AirFiber. Pls restore @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia Your new FastLane functionality is very buggy. Phone calls get dropped randomly. Network dies suddenly from being on full 5G signal strength to no network and back. Mobile data doesn't work, calls not going signalh, when on full 5G signal strength. Am I your QA?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews new broadband connection worked only 5 minutes. 24hrs after complaint, no action taken yet. Worst service.
