@airtelindia @TRAI @Airtel_Presence It's very sad to share a very bad experience in airtel office located in Mission Charali, Sonitpur(Assam).Ur customer supporter lady was very rude and showing the power of her employement to me.I want a loyal clarification of this misbehaviour.

In spite of repeated complaints about network issues, Airtel Mumbai has failed to resolve my issue being their postpaid customer. Every time a ticket is opened and then after a few days, tickets are closed with no resolution. #Airtel @airtelindia

I paid ₹4000/- on dated 2nd April 2023 to get the airtel Fiber internet connection. Then I cancelled this request due to bad service in my area. I haven't received my refund amount yet. Shared statement snaps. But no response. @airtelindia
