    @airtelindia @TRAI @Airtel_Presence It's very sad to share a very bad experience in airtel office located in Mission Charali, Sonitpur(Assam).Ur customer supporter lady was very rude and showing the power of her employement to me.I want a loyal clarification of this misbehaviour.

    @airtelindia my wifi has been down since 30 june 2026 and my recharge ended on 5 th July 2026 . Your executive asked me to recharge to start it and yet it didn't start I have been frustrated from 30 june no resolution thinking of terminating our relationship with airtel.

    Five straight days with no Wi-Fi from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews As a Black customer, I expected better support, but this has been the exact opposite. Forget the word “premium” there have been no follow-up calls, no technician visits, and still no resolution. This level of service is simply unacceptable.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence my Wi-Fi and Xstream services at PIN 401209 hv been disrupted for several days. Despite repeated complaints, I've received only the standard response that the issue will be resolved within 4 hrs. It’s now been 6 days and those 4 hrs never seem to end
