SRs: • 4514101846 (28 Jul) • 31-1000015266840 (1 Aug) • 4514480655 (3 Aug) Each time I was assured the billing correction/waiver would be processed. Nothing happened.

Unable to raise a ticket as it keeps gng round and round...when called 1800 no biday responds and it say thrs an issue will sort soon. My delivery is getting impacted
