@airtelindia I tweeted about the problem on internet in our area few months ago but no action has been taken yet to fix the problem . Please if you claim yourself as fastest network than it's a request to solve the problem ASAP .

@kishenp @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Service engineers are judged by SLAs and perhaps performance linked to it too. Thats perhaps why it seems to matter more than Customer satisfaction. There should be a method to measure CSAT first.
