    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia about 3 month my dongle sim got deactivated suddenly. Today my postpaid sim stopped suddenly & both times I was told to replace sim,which can be done only at airtel stores which is around 150km from my location. totally pathetic service by #airtel.

    Dear @airtelindia, Till i was using an android device & my phone was breached every time (thanks to Sundar Pichai who never worked on device protection & pricvacy ). Internet was running smooth btw. The day i switched to iOS, the network backstabbed & am facing network cut. 1

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence report an issue link do not works so complaints are reducing while all you say that the network becomes better......lyres. why you send messages of ftth connection on those numbers where you are not able to provide connectiom

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I did a recharge on 9801390652 for rs 379 via Airtel thanks app. The balance was deducted but I don't see this transaction anywhere on Airtel thanks app. I raised a SR and within no time it was closed without any resolution.plz check #airtelthanks

    @airtelindia you guys really suck. I’ve been trying to change my bill plan so I can have more of Internet Data but you’re so slow and your customer service is at worst. I need a call back on 9910960258 ASAP.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @DoT_India Very bad network condition. You talk about 5g while you don't have very good infrastructure for 4g. Internet is very slow. Please improve your current condition which is very bad.

    Dear Airtel Team, ​I am writing to express my absolute dissatisfaction with your new connection process and to demand an immediate refund of my advance payment. ​After submitting a request via the Airtel app, your executive called me at 8 AM. On the 1st of June, my KYC was completed and the full payment was collected, with the assurance that the installation would happen that same day. ​However, the executive is now completely unreachable and refusing to respond to calls or messages. To make matters worse, the local installation engineer states he has no record of my order. ​This is completely unprofessional.     @airtelindia or downgrading from postpaid WiFi to prepaid an absolute nightmare, because you’ve convinced yourselves that exhausting and frustrating customers is an effective business strategy. How pathetic must your service be that you have to weaponize inconvenience just to squeeze money?
