@airtelindia there is no network in phone since yesterday. Have gone to the nearest Airtel store where I have been given a new sim with same number in the name of sim swapping which was supposed to be activated in 4 hours but it's been more than 24 hours, network not in place.

Airtel customer care ia worst in india, when u register a complaint but no resolution. Its like more than 20 days no one cares about it. When u call thier customer complaint at 198 there is ño option to talk to executive. Please resolve this issue @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
