The Airtel store rep accidentally showed me their CRM showing about 6000 mins of a single call to my sister's no. Reality, I never called my sister for more than 30 mins. Brilliant fraud.

I can only say that my complain 31-1000014912563 is not resolved and Airtel is closing complain without resolution. Very Unfortunate.
