Some app stop responding. Mostly its Airtel TV app. My remote has been changed twice which stopped working. Now i am looking for resolution or disconnection

On the other hand is your customer support team. They suck.. i have calling 121 since month for merging all my services.. ye nahi ho paa raha inse.. Even customer support here on chat sucks.. just telling me to have patience and saying we will resolve your query..
