    @airtelindia I am your customer from April 2020 and using two postpaid calling number along with one Wi-Fi connection. As you aware that after the pandemic every work is on online mode where we need high speed but from six months having continuous speed issue. Kindly look into.

    @airtelindia you need to train your Customer Care to say something else than get it resolved by visiting an "Airtel Store" near you. Not all of us have this time to keep flocking your store so that you can charge us Rs. 50 for our presence there.

    Irritating service by @airtelindia randomly you guys said my sim is damaged in a completely functional phone and then when I get a new sim it's still nothing new. No signal and an expiring plan. Customer Care also remains useless as hell just keep on asking me to visit the store.
