@BSNL_UPW Hey...Team.. I am Muzaffarnagar ..My Father is using BSNL Mobile ..In my place Ur network was very Good...But from last Month Internet speed has gone down to worst than 2G .. We are paying for 4G but getting very poor speed. Can u look in to it and resolve this issue.

@BSNLUPWEST @BSNLCorporate can BSNL take my request to shift my L.L from Jagriti vihar to Somdutt city meerut office is refused to issue application form for shifting with the reason of not feasible, but I request officers to consider a customer who wants to stick with BSNL

@JioCare Its the problem of whole Rajasthan, if you genuinely want to improve. Jio is doing worst. We've four JIO SIMs in my house. I've complained several times to Jio toll free but no worthy solution. All the family members use my BSNL WiFi Hotspot for Internet. Jio महंगा भी, बकवास भी

@jinxXedhere @mohitlaws The only viable companies are Jio and Airtel. Vi is bankrupt. BSNL was set up to fail, as it did, with poor infrastructure and corrupt bureaucrats siphoning investment, as is usual in this ******** country. So 2 companies, colluding on prices is effectively a monopoly. Duopoly is you’re being pedantic.

@Nidhi @BlueDart_ @BlueDartCares They have non functional call center number which is always busy, we can never reach them unless they themselves call us... it reminds me of BSNL customers care (harassment) number during there prime days...

@Abcugofree @chikachikplump @softgrowl I worked for ZTE site installation in 2012-13 in Faridabad/Haryana. BSNL employees ruined it's network. While Airtel/Idea/Tata did not accept 2-3 hrs site down, BSNL did nothing to restore network despite our requests. We had to pay over 1000 per site to clear documents.

Hi @airtelindia I recharged 28 days ago at 7:28 PM but my plan got canceled this morning itself. Isn’t this a deficiency in service? Other operators (Jio, BSNL) end plans exactly at the recharge time. Please clarify before I escalate this to TRAI / Consumer Forum under the CPA
