    @BSNL_UPW Hey...Team.. I am Muzaffarnagar ..My Father is using BSNL Mobile ..In my place Ur network was very Good...But from last Month Internet speed has gone down to worst than 2G .. We are paying for 4G but getting very poor speed. Can u look in to it and resolve this issue.

    @BSNLUPWEST @BSNLCorporate can BSNL take my request to shift my L.L from Jagriti vihar to Somdutt city meerut office is refused to issue application form for shifting with the reason of not feasible, but I request officers to consider a customer who wants to stick with BSNL

    @idesibanda @Arin62897868 @Ravisutanjani Exactly explained. Actually BSNL working very fast and resolve issues immediately if server down. But most of us not using it's sim. I feel let's do a new beginning and start using again. #StopPrivatization

    @BSNLCorporate Still problem , How much more time your team required....Are there no experts in BSNL who can resolve this matter. Kindly arrange for the same..If required pl.arrange to call some experts from.other state or other agency....We are unnecessary paying for it.

    @anshgupta64 Never gonna work. The bucket is too leaky. Upgradation leading to adan-handover is inevitable. Blitzkrieg platform on platter for 2024LokSabha elections. Until then, try filling up a bsnl form to change your name spelling. Gave up after 8 tries.

    @Ravisutanjani Use that money to built network and get towers standing, built infrastructure, eventually selling them all to Private cooperates cheaper then ever making them rich and BSNL further deeper in debt! Cycle of Life! Tax payers loose yet again!

    @BSNL_KOTD It's been 20 hours now,but my recharge is not yet successful on my mobile number,anyhow the money is debited from my account. Not getting any response from customer care as well. Is there anyone genuinely interested in helping bsnl and their customers? @BSNLCorporate

    @akhileshsharma1 The biggest problem of BSNL is their top level management. If you go BSNL office, large number of officer will be there but you will not get lineman who is responsible for last end connectivity.

    @bsindia @shashidigital What?? No offence but seriously, can BSNL be revived ? Is there even a remote possibility of that? I don't think they can match customer support services of Vodafone and Airtel.

    I want to port my BSNL no, but msg comes UPC cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance.@BSNLCorporate @AshwiniVaishnaw @DoT_India pls help & fix the problem

    @KiranRajput_ Money down the drain. Those who had BSNL Landline before 1998 will acknowledge the harrasment meted out by BSNL employees right from Top to the Last Ring. Early burial will save a lot of money
