    @BSNL_UPW Hey...Team.. I am Muzaffarnagar ..My Father is using BSNL Mobile ..In my place Ur network was very Good...But from last Month Internet speed has gone down to worst than 2G .. We are paying for 4G but getting very poor speed. Can u look in to it and resolve this issue.

    @BSNLUPWEST @BSNLCorporate can BSNL take my request to shift my L.L from Jagriti vihar to Somdutt city meerut office is refused to issue application form for shifting with the reason of not feasible, but I request officers to consider a customer who wants to stick with BSNL

    @JioCare Jio is the most third class company of India, Vodafone Idea and BSNL are better than it, I don't know who declared it the best network in the 2025 report. I am ashamed of people who said Jio is the best network.

    @Adityamaur54923 Sir, We are deeply regretted for the inconvenience caused. However, We are facing technical issues due to fault in a major line in BSNL. We have taken this with BSNL. This will resolved shortly.

    @bsnl_care Extremely disappointed. Bought BSNL SIM on 7 Jan under ₹1 FRC Freedom Plan (as promoted by BSNL). eKYC & tele-verification done, signal available but no calls/data. Customer care says FRC not done — is this the Freedom Plan being promoted? Please activate FRC urgently ASAP.

    @Suhelseth @JM_Scindia @TRAI oligopoly of bsnl, vi, airtel and jio is root casue. these dinosours dont care for regulators. simple call identification has taken 5 years to implement. dont expect any better service. they systematically killed competition and now consumers are also killed. simple.

Bring valid KYC docs (e.g., Aadhaar, PAN, photo). 3. Request the ₹1 Freedom Plan for a new SIM. 4. Pay ₹1 and complete KYC. 5. Activate the SIM (plan starts immediately: 30 days, unlimited calls, 2GB/day data, 100 SMS/day). Confirm availability at location. Not available online.
