I am Muzaffarnagar ..My Father is using BSNL Mobile ..In my place Ur network was very Good...But from last Month Internet speed has gone down to worst than 2G .. We are paying for 4G but getting very poor speed. Can u look in to it and resolve this issue.

Closing it saying "Contact your nearest BSNL office." Happened to me too many times already. Can't gather enough slang to hurl at them. I feel you.

SRI KRISHNA KUMAR (@srikrishnakumar) reported@BSNL_TN What's the reason for this poor network connectivity? My BSNL 4G sim works well in my native,Dindigul. It worked well till Villupuram. Once I crossed Villupuram and travelled towards chennai, the network was completely disconnected.
