    @BSNL_UPW Hey...Team.. I am Muzaffarnagar ..My Father is using BSNL Mobile ..In my place Ur network was very Good...But from last Month Internet speed has gone down to worst than 2G .. We are paying for 4G but getting very poor speed. Can u look in to it and resolve this issue.

    @BSNLUPWEST @BSNLCorporate can BSNL take my request to shift my L.L from Jagriti vihar to Somdutt city meerut office is refused to issue application form for shifting with the reason of not feasible, but I request officers to consider a customer who wants to stick with BSNL

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNLCorporate Worst Customer Care & Worst Service. Recharge amount deducted twice yesterday but still there is nothing got added up. Waiting from yesterday & still team says to wait! It's high time, need to port from BSNL to other n/w. 5 SIM's in family, will port all of them.

    Pithoragarh district of Uttarakhand and 3 dozen villages of its marginal tehsil, which are adjacent to Nepal and China border, are without network. The only network here is BSNL, that too works only for 10 days in a month.

    I work in an IT company and currently working from home and need a stable internet connection. Right now I am using @airtelindia 4g mobile data to access the internet to raise this issue on twitter because I am sure that nobody responds to the complaints raised on bsnl selfcare

    @BSNLCorporate Why don't we solve all problems once and for all? There are always limits to complaining. BSNL broadband internet is always bothering us. @CMDBSNL #BSNL

    @hg_unknown @BSNLCorporate Same here at my side. Download speed is slow. BSNl replied me in DM on 6th of December that they will replace modem and till now no action has been taken. Quality of service is also poor. More than 36 hour they shut down internet services on FTTH last sunday and monday. +1

    Team, pls pls understand we do not need BSNL Fiber and all wiring and connections were removed already. DO NOT SEND MSG fiber connection was provided and make us pay again for no service. Pls refund rental rebate for past 4 months with sec deposit.
