    @BSNL_UPW Hey...Team.. I am Muzaffarnagar ..My Father is using BSNL Mobile ..In my place Ur network was very Good...But from last Month Internet speed has gone down to worst than 2G .. We are paying for 4G but getting very poor speed. Can u look in to it and resolve this issue.

    @BSNLCorporate Tomorrow is my validity expires. No signal at all and voice is not at all clear on both the ends. Calling to customer care is nightmare. Very hard to understand the IVRS voice and very pathetic. Never ever recommend BSNL network to anyone.

    Govt says people don't like BSNL but in reality we all want to support it and help it revive but what do we do when there's no 4G... Modern day tasks are hard on 3G specially after the pandemic when everybody has to work and learn online one cannot really rely on 3G @DoT_India

    @BSNL_HR @DoT_India @AshwiniVaishnaw I have a bsnl connection 2987598 which is down since 3 days TIP is saying that fault is from backend. This issue is very common in the area and everytime it takes atleast 3 days to repair. Kindly look in the matter

    @MTNLOfficial it has been 5 days my no is not activated.and your customer care "woman" don't know how to talk with customers.instead solving the problem they are scolding. Big mistake I made after porting into bsnl :( inactive bsnl no - 8054433494 alternate no - 7763867600
