    @BSNL_OR Dear Sir/Ma'am Thanks for your quick response. BSNL network tower is 2km distance from my location. I think the permanent solution for this issue is New BSNL Network Tower in my area. If it possible then issue will be solved permanently.

    @snaik_bsnl @PrakashJavdekar time to move out of BSNL,may it be land-line, fiber BB connection. Insensitive team. Since 48 hours complete blackout in Bhubaneswar , neither the local SDO, maintenance team nore customer care , can b reached. Pathetic service during online classes @BSNL_OR

    @Tejasvi_Surya Humble request not to privatise the pride of India like India post ,Indian Railways and BSNL. even if these sectors are incurring loss but the aim of these organisations were never been to make profit. They exist because of social obligation.

    @BSNLCorporate @snaik_bsnl Great to hear this slogan but the reality is opposite, since last evening no Opt.fiber connections in Kanan Vihar -Phase 2 , BBSR. I'm sure many other areas would have been affected with this interruption. Can't reach out to BSNL service agent. Can we expect early restoration.

    @Ravishk356 I don't understand why there is not any debate regarding privatizations of LIC BSNL RLY banking sector airport air India.. START discussion over these issues.. Gov't deliberately avoiding FARMERS issues and privatizations issues.. They want to make the entire nation blind

    @BSNL_OR I hve surrendered my BB connection 0674-2957833 on 28/07/2021 & got confirmation frm yr office in BBSR, waiting 4 refund of deposit amount. Today I received email & SMS from BSNL that yr new connection is active frm 31/07/2021. What is this? Can someone help me more.

    @akv_vka Sir, I am senior citizen patient in difficulty. Houserent of BSNL exchange at NISCHINTAKOILI Cuttack district Odisha not received six months from sept to Feb. 22 mail sent but no reply. Please help and instruct BSNL Cuttack for rent payment. Regards

    @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate Dear sir its an serious issue in our area(bentkar,42 mouza exchange,cuttack district),in last 18 hours we are unable to use any service (bsnl fiber net and mobile network) due to electric fault,sorry to say there is no single backup service.

    Fustrated after only 2 months of bsnl fiber connection. Very bad service and literally no support from local bsnl office. This attitude really point why should have privatisation. @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL

    @BSNLCorporate @snaik_bsnl It's 48 hours now, complete blackout in Patia area. Incentive team of BSNL. Seems BSNL is rolling out a supportive strategy for JioFiber. Customers can move to avail the much awaited service at competitive cost.

    @MeghBulletin 1/3. It isn't Govt's business to run a business. This is why privatization is required. Almost all customers prefer the service of private telecom players such as Airtel, Voda, Jio etc. Why is BSNL in bad shape? Did government ask people to switch to private players? No,why?

    @MaiKyaKaruIska @morpheusmarzena So u believe government hospitals maintain more safety standards than private ones... then u r wrong Expenses are cut down by giving appropriate salary. The same bsnl employee gets 1 lac and Airtel one 25k while the latter works more.. is it Social Equity

    @Akshat_World Govt was running successfully so many companies and industries. There is a reform required to change the way the govt companies work, not to disinvest from all sectors. When jio and Airtel gets 5G why can’t BSNL get 4G at all? Private players will suck the economy,won’t help grow
