    @BSNLCorporate @snaik_bsnl Great to hear this slogan but the reality is opposite, since last evening no Opt.fiber connections in Kanan Vihar -Phase 2 , BBSR. I'm sure many other areas would have been affected with this interruption. Can't reach out to BSNL service agent. Can we expect early restoration.

    @Tejasvi_Surya Humble request not to privatise the pride of India like India post ,Indian Railways and BSNL. even if these sectors are incurring loss but the aim of these organisations were never been to make profit. They exist because of social obligation.

    @BSNL_OR Dear Sir/Ma'am Thanks for your quick response. BSNL network tower is 2km distance from my location. I think the permanent solution for this issue is New BSNL Network Tower in my area. If it possible then issue will be solved permanently.

    @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate Dear sir its an serious issue in our area(bentkar,42 mouza exchange,cuttack district),in last 18 hours we are unable to use any service (bsnl fiber net and mobile network) due to electric fault,sorry to say there is no single backup service.

    @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate We used BSNL land line since 2004. Service quality is bad these days & now it's completely dead since 3 months. Irony is BSNL is still sending us bills. Restore the service or disconnect the land line permanently. Ac No: 8000810869

    @BSNL_OR I hve surrendered my BB connection 0674-2957833 on 28/07/2021 & got confirmation frm yr office in BBSR, waiting 4 refund of deposit amount. Today I received email & SMS from BSNL that yr new connection is active frm 31/07/2021. What is this? Can someone help me more.

    Fustrated after only 2 months of bsnl fiber connection. Very bad service and literally no support from local bsnl office. This attitude really point why should have privatisation. @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL

    Broadband plans from Airtel, BSNL, Tata Sky, Reliance Jio and others under Rs 1,000 @toi request you to give right information. Reliance Jio and Airtel's 4G network speed is very bad. Raised data speed issue since Feb and no resolution @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @BSNLCorporate @snaik_bsnl It's 48 hours now, complete blackout in Patia area. Incentive team of BSNL. Seems BSNL is rolling out a supportive strategy for JioFiber. Customers can move to avail the much awaited service at competitive cost.

    @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate @rsprasad Don’t understand how the other operators can provide uninterrupted service whereas the Govt owned n financed by taxpayers money our own BSNL failed miserably. I hv subscribe broad band n FTTH both, now planning to shift to Pvt operators.1/2

    @snaik_bsnl @PrakashJavdekar time to move out of BSNL,may it be land-line, fiber BB connection. Insensitive team. Since 48 hours complete blackout in Bhubaneswar , neither the local SDO, maintenance team nore customer care , can b reached. Pathetic service during online classes @BSNL_OR

    @BSNLCorporate Housing Board, Charbatia is a big campus having nearly 700 houses of different categories. Nearly 150 landline phones were there whereas now very few due to poor service of BSNL. OPTIC FIBRE should be provided immediately. But there is no provision as ascertained.

    @BSNL_OR Sir, I am a Customer of BSNL Cell One since it's inception. I am now residing in Bhubaneswar for last 02 years. But I find the service of BSNL Mobile Service in Bhubaneswar is very very poor with Call drops,No Connectivity, very slow internet. Please improve @PMOIndia

    @abhikmr2 @JM_Scindia The scenario involves a 2014 Master Service Agreement between BSNL and Reliance Jio for sharing passive infrastructure like towers. A 2025 CAG report claimed BSNL failed to bill Jio for additional technology usage, causing a ₹1,757 crore loss (including interest) to the government from 2014-2024. However, BSNL and the government disputed this, stating no actual revenue loss occurred due to misinterpretation of clauses. BSNL has since raised revised invoices to address it.

    @aaraynsh Have BSNL As A Secondary SIM Bro. During My Trips To UP East And Odisha Last Year, Vi Often Lost Network Where BSNL 3G And 4G Worked Fine Even In Many Famous Places . Even From Chhattisgarh’s Border To Puri, Vi Was Mostly On 2G And Even In Puri I Faced Call Drops & OTP Delays.🫠
