@BSNL_KTK In the last 45 days at BSNL Karkala and Moodbidri there were three major network disruptions reportedly due to cable cut. The latest was 6th and 7th March, no reason given. Customer contact number repeats a recorded message of an offer that ended on January 2022!

@BSNLCorporate @bsnlbroadband I went to bsnl office on 22JAN to discontinue my broadband service they said you have wait untill bill is generate. I paid my bill on 7 Feb and applied for disconnect service on 8 Feb ..and still bill is generated of rs 505. 😑
