No body bothers to contact for its installation. Ref no. Given on selfcare 9000303369, 9000304250. Very poor service by BSNL. Not instrested in fibre@bsnl

The response is poor and executives seem unhelpful. If this is the service level, it may be better to shut down customer care and save public money

sandip dhoot (@sandipdhoot) reported@JioCare once you use jio air fiber, you will remember one old commercial "Dabba hai dabba, jio air fiber dabba". BSNL provides better service than them. @Airtel_Presence never faced such disastrous service with Airtel. #jioairfiberdabba
