@DoT_India i have given 2 request for the installation of bharat fibre at my location via the selfcare portal of bsnl. No body bothers to contact for its installation. Ref no. Given on selfcare 9000303369, 9000304250. Very poor service by BSNL. Not instrested in fibre@bsnl

@BSNLCorporate Hi BSNL team, Still internet is down for sohav block, ballia, UP. It's intermittent issue and find internet down maximum time. 2hrs. Is uptime for BSNL internet, can you check on this and fix this ASAP?

@parth_7744 Rich people won't opt this. Poor people will pay more taxes. They will then realise that this government service is **** and slowly all will move to private sewage providers, private roads, private hospitals, private roads and so on... Then the govt services will be like bsnl

@BSNLCorporate He called with the same answer " Service not available in your area". If BSNL could not provide, where else common man would go. BSNL Fiber can reach Andaman but cannot reach person on mainland. Pathetic. Shameful.

I'm bsnl ftth customer since 7 months bsnl given the ftth service to private persons and that vendor is taking the money for installation and router amount and he is not giving the correct routers and proper service also whom I need to contact @TRAI @CgmTelangana @BSNLCorporate
