Dear @BSNL_UPE @BSNLCorporate , Why can't towers in villages can be solar powered? In my area internet/network works only if electricity is there. BSNL's speed is too good but only till electricity is there otherwise it drops to EDGE. @rsprasad

@BSNL_RJ Today I bought a new prepaid sim of BSNL, I used that network in my city Dungarpur, I liked it very much but as soon as I came to my village there was no tower of BSNL anywhere in the mobile. The tower did not come, I felt very bad and felt that I made a mistakes..

If you really want to remind then a single message in a day was more than enough. I didn't want to use @reliancejio but I had to port in because of @airtelindia's bad network. @ViCustomerCare has also worst network in our area. I can't use BSNL too.

4th day i had to take leave from work and cancel major meetings due to poor internet from BSNL frequent complaint but the ans was just its issue at BSNL end, then i got a call reminding me to pay bill, which i already had done... Seriously who is going to compensate for loss

@BSNLCorporate in case of no body from bsnl office taking action on complaint many time. What is the other way of complaining. Customer care no is only registering complaint and not more than that. Problem is still persisting
