    @BSNL_CG_Circle my landline is dead.tried to lodge complaint on 1800-345-1500, after giving all inputs correctly, she says this is not a correct number. hopeless bsnl broadband also not working.

    @BSNL_CG_Circle I was trying to port to BSNL prepaid since last three days. After entering details and uploading Aadhar and photo, the submit button not responding. My UPN also expiring today. Now, with this kind of service, I am thinking seriously about not going for it.😠😠

    @BSNL_CG_Circle my landline is dead for more than a month.broadband also not working. lodged complaint number of times but not being attended by bsnl. they give a complaint number & after 3 days they say your complaint has been resolved.

    @acsanujagrawal Govt r not supposed to do business, or the same happens like bsnl, air India.. Compare the private nd govt hospital. Ull gett the ans urself, the features, comfort u get in private hospitals u cn never get into govt hospital.

    @BSNLCorporate @cgmbsnlupe @bsnlupe Have my BSNL connection in Lucknow 0522 2328449 since last 25+ years. I pay yearly amt. Have broadband 10Mbps plan. Since May broadband never gave more than 2 Mbps. Since last 1 month, no internet. Complained everyday. No resolution. Help, pls

    How many days does it take for #BSNL to install fiber at a customer's location? Ans: Forever. Something's never change. Feeling sad that even after being a customer for more than 2 decades, this is the service. It's time to wake up and change. @cgm_mh_bsnl @BSNLCorporate
