    @BSNL_CG_Circle my landline is dead for more than a month.broadband also not working. lodged complaint number of times but not being attended by bsnl. they give a complaint number & after 3 days they say your complaint has been resolved.

    @BSNL_CG_Circle my landline is dead.tried to lodge complaint on 1800-345-1500, after giving all inputs correctly, she says this is not a correct number. hopeless bsnl broadband also not working.

    @BSNL_CG_Circle I was trying to port to BSNL prepaid since last three days. After entering details and uploading Aadhar and photo, the submit button not responding. My UPN also expiring today. Now, with this kind of service, I am thinking seriously about not going for it.😠😠

    @reliancejio Ordinary people are being harassed a lot because of your heinous network service and so much price increase. You are giving 2G service to people with 4G price. Most 3rd class network in many area. In the next few days I'll surely port out and join #BSNL #jiopricehike

    @jobhihoe Unless you have a postpaid plan, prepaid seems through the roof. BSNL call range maybe decent, but not sure of its customer support, i usually ppl in Rural Kerala using it. Airtel decent for internet, but phone range quality is crap.

    @ProsaicView @ICICIBank_Care Can happen. My Vi number randomly decides that I am "outside network area" or "please check the number you have dialled" or "this number does not exist" though the 5 bars are showing. That's why I still keep/give the BSNL number as stand-by.

Ask BSNL users, even I was a ex-MTNL user, and they never provided the service, which consumers deserved, also, there employees, they treat consumers like ****, that's why, people opted out..

    @BSNLCorporate From last 2days my BSNL prepared SIM not getting signal. I didn't switched off my mobile but by default whenever try to call it says switched off. Kindly consider it as a priority and do the needful. Thanks
