@BSNL_CG_Circle my landline is dead for more than a month.broadband also not working. lodged complaint number of times but not being attended by bsnl. they give a complaint number & after 3 days they say your complaint has been resolved.

@BSNL_CG_Circle my landline is dead.tried to lodge complaint on 1800-345-1500, after giving all inputs correctly, she says this is not a correct number. hopeless bsnl broadband also not working.

BSNL Fiber gamers facing Latency problem in games. because of there peering with NIXI NIXI IX (Internet exchange) don't have more Peers, So it's not worth to peer but still BSNL using NIXI instead of using some powerful peers Like De-CIX chennai , Extreme-ix etc

For the rural (T2, T3) part of India, #BSNL FTTH has been kind of a boon. Good internet speeds, Good Service Moderate pricing. Neither on the heavy side nor Pocket Friendly. To gather more users, specially Gen Y and Z they should, > Make plans pocket friendly > Lower the Ping

@BSNLCorporate I want to take a new BSNL FTTH service but i am facing problem. First there is no fix installation charges, the LCO (Local Cable Operator) is asking ₹4000/- for ont and installation. So my question to @BSNLCorporate is that should i give this money to the lco ?

@sadiqmda @ANI Yes because Government enterprises have done so much for India's progress right? You wouldn't be able to tweet this if not for the affordable internet and vast network only private players made possible. Not the loss-making BSNL, run by incompetent government employees.

@DavidbenJr @ShahNawazKhanMM You are right sir, people working in government undertakings are so rude and unprofessional whether it be BSNL or SBI, the downfall of PSUs is bcz of the careless people who work there.
