    @BSNL_CG_Circle my landline is dead.tried to lodge complaint on 1800-345-1500, after giving all inputs correctly, she says this is not a correct number. hopeless bsnl broadband also not working.

    @BSNL_CG_Circle my landline is dead for more than a month.broadband also not working. lodged complaint number of times but not being attended by bsnl. they give a complaint number & after 3 days they say your complaint has been resolved.

    @BSNL_CG_Circle I was trying to port to BSNL prepaid since last three days. After entering details and uploading Aadhar and photo, the submit button not responding. My UPN also expiring today. Now, with this kind of service, I am thinking seriously about not going for it.😠😠

    @sumanthraman @rvaidya2000 I had BSNL fiber and gave it back. Without going into speeds, reliability and all - the fundamental issue is that this is outsourced and BSNL employees themselves struggle to get answers from these folks ! Tbh, the BSNL employees genuinely wanted to help, but couldn't.

    @TelecomTalk I don't think if bsnl can cover the network of 4g in 2022, till now slow in 3g speed it gives 200kb or at least 500kb speed that's it, cant load a 720p video fast.

    @MTNLMbiOfficial I have buy a new bsnl MTNL sim few weeks earlier but I am not getting any network in my area. The network signal shows sometimes and goes off. Kindly solve the issue on an urgent basis. @BSNLCorporate
