  @BSNLCorporate My landline number 04373232326 along with broad band connection is not working for past 1 month. But I received the montly bill for usage. I already complained to the local bsnl office but they didnt respond properly. Pls cancel my last bill @AshwiniVaishnaw

  @parasaran @KOVAI_ESHAN @balaswaminathan BSNL has come a long way interns of service.... They have improved a lot. The private players are undercutting in the market, which is once again funded by huge loans ... Unfortunate , BSNL cannot do that.. 10 years back broad band means only BSNL...

  @BeingPractical SBI uses BSNL for network connections, and TCS' software for internal operations. You can assume 50% of the time they say "no connectivity", that is true.

  @BSNLCorporate BSNL Customer for ~20 years. But yesterday, With a heavy heart, I surrendered my landline and broadband services due to the very bad service and support experienced for quite sometime. I was given a small white slip with order # and BSNL seal for surrender, Really?
