    @parasaran @KOVAI_ESHAN @balaswaminathan BSNL has come a long way interns of service.... They have improved a lot. The private players are undercutting in the market, which is once again funded by huge loans ... Unfortunate , BSNL cannot do that.. 10 years back broad band means only BSNL...

    @DoT_India @TRAI @BSNLCorporate @cgmbsnlupe Dear BSNL, I request you to fix the problem as I can't make call to my parent's BSNL number, they say "Beta, jab bijali ati hai to network ata hai aur nhi ati toh nhi ata". Locality is Sahabganj, Dist- Chandauli (UPE).

    @AshwiniVaishnaw What to do with that? BSNL has changed plans for mobiles without even informing customers. Got heavy bills, visited Offive to enquir, given application to change plan 10 days back, still no action. Why we shld pay high charges when we dont require the same plan? Pathetic service.

    @DoT_India @BSNLCorporate This case belongs to Ashti of Gadchiroli region and I must say BSNL will loose its market due to its inconsistencies, unstable network and inefficient customer service

    @BSNLCorporate here in my village network is fullly down last 1/2 hour. As well as whenever electricity gone it's confirmed BSNL network Also gone. PIN number 415604.

    @DoT_India @TRAI Respected sir No any action by BSNL . Not providing the Landline service from last 2 years. I had complaint many times I am paying the telephone bill every month. Kindly provide landline service at post - Salmari District - katihar Bihar. Landline number - 228228
