@smritiirani Maam will you plz look at d issue which is long pending frm the BSNL side at SAPATGRAM. Customer care executives arenot taking any complaints by replying system issues or application issues. Without 3G/4G, we are surviving with BSNL 2G coverage from the beginning.

Your web check-in portal is not working since morning @IndiGo6E and when we will reach your counter you will ask for 200 rupees. Even BSNL gives better service than you. Kindly use these 200 rupees to improve your system.
