I lodged a complaint but to no effect. I request for early restoration of phone.

Mobile shop sales technician too failed. Customer care didn't respond. BSNL base customer care not bothered to lift phone. Very bad culture. Parasite to government and public.

But it is not yet activated. When will it get activated? Pls advise!
