Mobile shop sales technician too failed. Customer care didn't respond. BSNL base customer care not bothered to lift phone. Very bad culture. Parasite to government and public.

I lodged a complaint but to no effect. I request for early restoration of phone.

Samrat Exclusive (@samratwb) reported@BSNLCorporate I acquired BSNL no. 9475126619 on 25 Aug 2026. However, outgoing calls are blocked and incoming calls are also not working. I’ve manually selected the BSNL network, but the issue persists. Customer Care has not provided any clear solution. Please check.
