    @BSNL_UKD @BSNLCorporate I don't understand what kind of service BSNL provides. They charge whopping amount for fiber connection and still the customer service is like all the executives can do is just register a complaint which is never acknowledged. #bsnl_ftth #bharatfiber

This service allows customers to activate mobile connections on compatible smartphones and wearables without a physical SIM card, using a secure QR code for remote provisioning. Customers can visit BSNL Customer Service Centres (CSCs) with an eSIM-compatible device and valid ID for digital KYC, receiving a one-time QR code to download the eSIM profile. Benefits include instant activation, dual-SIM flexibility, enhanced security, and compatibility with major devices like Apple, Samsung, and Google products. BSNL plans a phased nationwide rollout, competing with private operators like Jio, Airtel, and Vodafone Idea.
