    @ACTFibernet Please stop your false and fake advertisement. BSNL is better than you. This is the 2nd time I am facing issues with the internet in a single month. #ACT_ek_dokha_hey And you don't follow agreed SLAs. There is no timely closure of tickets.

    @BSNLCorporate @rsprasad Sir, request you to either privatize BSNL completely or set turn around time for quality service. Wasting huge infrastructure & money. Each service request for a month and additional charges collecting from customers by installation vendors.

    I went to take a replacement nano SIM at your Shankarpuram office, Bangalore and the staff asked me to pay ₹100 for a nano replacement sim. It should be free like Vi or under ₹25 like Airtel. No wonder no one uses BSNL now. BSNL sucks big time. @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate

    @Lisa_Nova_Jena Bsnl died because of pathetic service.... would you prefer bsnl over airtel? similarly, if farmers will get better price than msp, they will prefer private companies... Its a choice farmers have... Like you had a choice between bsnl and airtel...Simple...

    All your slogans of "Digital India" , "Make in India" are just gimmick. You guys never match up with good service & BSNL live in colonial mindset. You're burning tax payers money on staff salaries. Good dat u close dept & send you guys home. If you don't have service mindset.

    Contacted all bsnl contacts from contractor to area manager. But no response or action. Please let us know how we can resolve this issue without troubling us more. @BSNL_KTK @BsnlCmd @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNL_KTK most inefficient network provider is BSNL. Most lethargic and corrupt people are monitoring the government organisation. Not bothered to settle an account even after 6 months.

    @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate I have a 10 Mpbs bharat fiber broadband connection from your company and chose bsnl just to support a fellow PSU who was struggling at that time to survive, like us. I took the most favorable plan eith 300 gb per month FUP @ 10mbps and post that its 2Mbps

    @BSNL_KTK Either landlines or mobiles, poor service, mobiles doesn't work with BSNL Sims. How many customers are there with you as compared to Airtel or Jio? How many people have surrendered landlines and how many have ported from BSNL to other network providers?

    @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate Is it true BSNL is shutting down in Karnataka, no service, no complain. The area of 2360 IISc exchange seems without connection for last fourteen days. Or is it because this area is affected by the isolation for covid positive people at near by hotel!

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK since morning nobody has internet in our place.. I don't think this would be resolved till tomorrow eod. docket Number is 125220253032. Is this really required more than a day to fix. BSNL helping competitors to grow with public money.

    @PriyankKharge @NammaKarnataka_ Your father senior Kharge RUINED Labour Ministry. People like us retired from service is getting meagre Rs 1500 as monthly pension after 30 years of active service. BSNL was RUINED by Marian brothers and their Surya TV network telephone cabling free of charge.

    @Lisa_Nova_Jena I dont remember using bsnl ever... Not even before 4g They were always pathetic... Ab 4g koi paagal hee higa kharchega for the pathetic service that was already running in losses

    @BSNL_KTK I recently visited Kormangala Exchange Bangalore to get a 4g sim. But the officials there told me that bsnl doesn't offer 4g connection. I went there after looking from internet. Donot know why they turned me back. Please help in this case

    I could ve opted private broadband service , just thought let me try BSNL. Realised my mistake. Bad & lazy attitude of staff at Vijayanagar exchange staff in Blr. U guys will never imporve , 4 new connection it's a herculean task. Time to move on Privalite service , Good bye.

    @Kavita_M57 This is the same excuse I hear from every loss making PSU. Recently, my sister took a vrs from BSNL, same story she had to offer and blamed senior people for taking wrong decisions. The problem is more with not updating to current standards on technology and staffing ratios.

    It's really a sad state of affairs with BSNL Kannur. This elite organization hasn't been able to shift a Landline Telephone since last year September till date & that too a distance of just 800 mtrs from the previous location. It's time we close down such defunct establishments.

    @BSNLCorporate To my surprise, I was told by bsnl local officer that BSNL was not paying rent to the building and building owner is switching off power supply to the bsnl equipments. The officer had already reported this issue to higher management but no response from their side. Pls fix asap.

    @DoT_India Got BSNL Fibre Connection last week and internet not working for 3 days out of this 1 week. To my surprise, I was told by local bsnl officer that bsnl not paying rent to building and owner switching off power daily. My Billing AC No. 9040116157. This is shame for bsnl.
