@BSNLCorporate from last 1.5 year bsnl land line has been disconnected, had raised the complaint but it was useless. Still I am paying monthly bill. 4 months back I had given to cancel my land line connect, still no measures has been taken

@JioCare jio broadband service is exactly like BSNL it’s down from more than 36hr and customer care not creating service requests and even after multiple follow up calls they don’t have updates on resolution.

@BSNL_KTK please shutdown your customer care callcenter. It’s waste of public money, because we don’t get any help from here. The only thing they do is ask us to go to the BSNL office.

I was using BSNL landline & FTTH but discontinued the services because of poor and no service even after complaining multiple times. They cannot expect to get customers just because they are PSU.
