Recently, my sister took a vrs from BSNL, same story she had to offer and blamed senior people for taking wrong decisions. The problem is more with not updating to current standards on technology and staffing ratios.

How many customers are there with you as compared to Airtel or Jio? How many people have surrendered landlines and how many have ported from BSNL to other network providers?

People like us retired from service is getting meagre Rs 1500 as monthly pension after 30 years of active service. I get prompt messages saying complaint resolved. Lodging complaint is also has become cumbersome. 2198 nor 1500 does not working.

I had a similar issue with ACT internet and it was resolved within 24hrs. DNA of Bsnl needs to be changed to put customer first
