  @BSNL_KL @BSNLCorporate @rsprasad Customer care is very poor. Nobody bothers about complaints registered on customer care. For last one week the following phones are dead..0490 2356922 & 0497 2870736. Nobody attends phone in local exchange and divisional office..BSNL sucks!
