However, the use of unauthorized satellite phones without the required permission is prohibited under Indian regulations. BSNL provides authorized Global Satellite Phone Services (GSPS) to eligible customer as per Department of telecommunications (DoT) guidelines and applicable verification procedures. Girish Raja (@girishraja) reportedWe shifted to a new apartment in March& FTTH was shifted. As per your technical staff now when we place a complaint through the bsnl app the complaint continues to go to those managing the connections in the old apartment.
