No customer care, no, services provided by bsnl csc centre. If no one working bsnl then terminate cmd, tax payers wasted for paying him.

It's yet not activated. customer care asking asking to go to bsnl office. In my opinion, don’t switch to BSNL without checking the network coverage first. I have personally been struggling with network issues for the last 8 months. Complaints are registered, but there is still no proper resolution. The complaint is taken, but the actual problem remains unresolved. So, please check the network in your area first and then decide whether to switch to BSNL.
