Inefficient staff who make consumer suffer . I think like BSNL who was flying high in sky and never bothered for consumer see now same happen to kesco .

I think kesco literally failed to maintain power supply. If kesco continue with this poor services day is not far for kesco to become like BSNL AND POST OFFICE
