Can you please help to roll out in our area exchanges are V Velur , Padapampatti , Jakkarpalayam in TN pls help sir

@TRAI Sir you all are so lucky to have shelter while you are working from home see my sitatuion working from water tank at around 30 feet from ground as no BSNL , Airtel,Jio or Vodafone and none is responding with solution in last 45 days

And additional 999/- rs charged from me in my first month Bill. I am very frustrated with BSNL services, Firstly services are not good and secondly Extra expenses charged from customer on the name of anything which was previously not disclosed.Area manager is also very rude.

@BSNLCorporate What is the issue at BSNL end where internet speed not received as per plan or no internet shown from last three days for telephone number 0294-2941288. Why complaint is not resolved promptly? Why no rebate provided for the period for such interruption at BSNL more than 72 hours?

But since BSNL cannot survive competition and hence it has resort to cheap tactics and has come to a new low. They thought people will switch to their network by disturbing the airtel connection less aware of the fact that customer are loyal to good service provider.

@Janardh84903384 As reported, FTTH connection and internet service are dependent on BSNL. Hence, whenever any link failure issue arises, the matter is forwarded to the BSNL for early resolution of the same. Moreover, the printer cartridge to Sabroom S.O. was supplied on 11.08.2022.

I try to contact BSNL customer care number,BSNL Representative say' it will go after 4 day ' you can find the UPC code, but it didn't happen. Again try contact BSNL Representative than give the time 2 day, again i can't find upc code
