Niranjan Patil (@njnrn) reportedThe timing lines up: I think BSNL has been in the middle of a major network transition, mass 4G tower rollouts, 3G shutdowns circle by circle, VoLTE still inconsistently deployed, and VoWiFi just launched. In the 3–4 days before peak heating, I received 10–15+ carrier flash/OTA messages from BSNL, accepted a carrier settings update, and got the VoWiFi launch SMS.

Even I have visited BSNL Dist office several times. Employees are careless.
