@rsprasad Dear sir, after 6 year of #digitalindia we are still not connected with good internet connection.#BSNL refused for connection.#ghartakfibre becomes a dream.After complaining so many times no one is ready to listen.Atleast provide us a better network operater.

@BSNL_BR @BSNLCorporate I opted for BSNL FTH 45 days back, there is no service provided yet, the provider named Shaukat Ali for Munger District is completely unresponcive after taking payment of 7200/ for installation and 1 month internet.

@BSNLCorporate Please check lead no-15689598432 applied in 2020.but no response from bsnl. Again applied for air fibre lead no-APP20220110203816 applied this year again the same problem no response.

@BSNL_OR over 1 month period, No one is coming to attend BSNL FIBER telephone landline. I am unable to use landline service and the technician visited once and returned saying Some Password is required then he said that he'll come back. But till now NO ONE is attending.

@Officejmscindia Sir, In Chennai 4G/3G data is down. It is recurring regularly. Forcing BSNL customer out of BSNL. My mobile is receiving signal ftom The Tower at Salma Apartment/West Mambalam/Kodambakkam Chennai. The issue of voice call drop, Data drop is regular for long.

@bsnl_care DM HAS BEEN SENT. AND HOPE YOU WILL ACT ON IT ASAP. Arbitarily changing the plan TO A HIGHER PLAN is illegal by BSNL. Even the old top plan had horrible speeds on FTTH LINE. So resolve this asap before the #ombudsman steps in
