@BSNL_BR @BSNLCorporate I opted for BSNL FTH 45 days back, there is no service provided yet, the provider named Shaukat Ali for Munger District is completely unresponcive after taking payment of 7200/ for installation and 1 month internet.

@rsprasad Dear sir, after 6 year of #digitalindia we are still not connected with good internet connection.#BSNL refused for connection.#ghartakfibre becomes a dream.After complaining so many times no one is ready to listen.Atleast provide us a better network operater.

@BSNLCorporate Please check lead no-15689598432 applied in 2020.but no response from bsnl. Again applied for air fibre lead no-APP20220110203816 applied this year again the same problem no response.

@BSNLCorporate @blaisezm Dear BSNL, I think needed a toll free number for complaints all over India. Either existing numbers are not working or no one is responding looks like number is out of service. Second one is customer must have option to change plan and can stop any paid service from their own.
