@BSNL_BR @BSNLCorporate I opted for BSNL FTH 45 days back, there is no service provided yet, the provider named Shaukat Ali for Munger District is completely unresponcive after taking payment of 7200/ for installation and 1 month internet.

@rsprasad Dear sir, after 6 year of #digitalindia we are still not connected with good internet connection.#BSNL refused for connection.#ghartakfibre becomes a dream.After complaining so many times no one is ready to listen.Atleast provide us a better network operater.

@BSNLCorporate Please check lead no-15689598432 applied in 2020.but no response from bsnl. Again applied for air fibre lead no-APP20220110203816 applied this year again the same problem no response.

@hg_unknown @BSNLCorporate Same here at my side. Download speed is slow. BSNl replied me in DM on 6th of December that they will replace modem and till now no action has been taken. Quality of service is also poor. More than 36 hour they shut down internet services on FTTH last sunday and monday. +1

Issue is solved yet. As my house is 2kms away from the exchange, do I have to pay for the cable charges? Why is it so ? As per the government order and rules, it is BSNL's responsibility to give the FTTH connection to the required person right?@BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate @PMOIndia
