    @BSNLCorporate Need to downgrade my BSNL FTTH plan from Fiber Value to Basic fiber plus, in selfcare portal I find only upgrade option, raised complaint via selfcare portal but of no use, without resolving my complaint status shows problem solved. BB details - 04282 290046.

    @BSNLMH_Nagpur I have installed a bsnl FTTH connection at home on 7th july, while applying for the connection I clearly opted for 449 fiber basic plan but surprisingly I get msg for 555 ru plan ,Now I unble to downgrade by plan online and even customer care also not responding

    Very poor service of BSNL broadband in U. P. (w) after prompt action from BSNL corporate no action has been taken by Badaun to continue services .

    @AnglianARK Hey ARK, the thing is, BSNL needs PAN-India 4G network. BSNL does have live VoLTE sites in India, but they are very few. The telco has been pushing to come out with PAN-India 4G, because that's where the revenue is.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw BSNL prepaid validity extension, we have to recharge Rs. 75 for 60 days. We do not get any facility from BSNL. Internet service is not available.Why should we pay Rs 75 for BSNL validity extension? Why BSNL is charging extra for validity extension?

    @ianuragthakur Need help sir , bsnl lucknow gomati nagar office, bolcked my number after requesting to change postpaid to prepaid even after paying full amnt of money , and also not returning security money.plz
