Tushar Dwivedi (@tush_2708) reported@SayantikaSays Try @BSNLCorporate . And I am not joking. It is best if it's available in your area. No BS service. I never heard these lines from BSNL, which I kept hearing from other providers like Jio and Airtel. "We won't give you the router password" "You can't use your own router, even if ours is ******. What do you mean you have a better router and modem? Hou must pay us a subscription for this mesh thing instead" "No, you can't use Google or CloudFlare's DNS, you must use ours. What if it's slow? If you change, how will we snoop on you and inject our advertisements into your browser?" "No, you can't open a port for you. For that, you must buy a static IP from us. Why is a static IP needed to open a port? Who knows. But we won't allow it unless you pay us extra" In the last 3 years, I have only had 2 outages on BSNL, 30-40 minutes max. While on Airtel, I had caught their staff removing my cable from their box and adding a new one for a new connection, and then making me wait till they finally got a new box after a week. They just didn't want to make a new customer wait, so they simply assigned my slot to them. And their customer care and local staff wasn't even ready to accept it, unless I showed the CCTV footage and a video of my cable literally being thrown on the side of their box, not even connected, while they were claiming that there's some backend issue.

RAVINAMA (@RAVINAMA78) reported@omnamaha333 @narendramodi @VivaTech I wanna be in bsnl coz it's a govt company while jio and Airtel is private. If bsnl don't have a wide network service then who is responsible for it ? For your kind information criticism is integral part of democracy. If public will have no problem and issue there'll be no devlop, I can see your mentality level by his response.

Nature (@HelpNaturerecov) reported@bsnl_care When will bsnl give solution? When will bsnl install UPS in sokkanur tower_642109? Even today, morning 5.45 to 6.15 am, no bsnl tower signal due to no power. How to trust bsnl on emergency otps and calls? Why should we use bsnl then?

Government of India Shadow (@GoIShadow) reportedFor 10 years, a financially struggling PSU, BSNL, forgot to bill Reliance Jio for using its tower network. The bill they forgot totaled 1750 Crores. Then the CAG pointed out this error. Reliance quietly paid up but not before the lapse was pointed out and the amount that was paid off is not known. Now if you file an RTI, you may be called anti-national and a out-of-job cockroach. The question is, who will pay for the interest on the outstanding amount that BSNL did not bill and Reliance did not pay? After all, that is not a small amount. If one was to consider 1750 Crores over a period of 10 years, it would come to 175 Crores per year. Calculating interest at 8% per year would lead to a loss of 770 Crores (calculating 175 Crores pending for 10 years, followed by 175 Crores pending for 9 years, and so on and so forth). 770 Crores isn't even without compounding the outstanding on an annual basis! Who will bear that loss? And was this billing error or deliberate? After all Reliance Jio is one of the leading telecom operators that is making massive profits and can easily afford to pay the interest. 770 Crores would be enough to pay around 5,133 people the promised 15,00,000.

Niraj (@nirajpatel1214) reported@BSNL_GJ I just port my number to bsnl 1 week ago there are network issues. The network tower shows full but when I call some one the call gets disconnected and unable to receive any calls please solve the issues

Ⓢⓤⓝⓝⓨ (@Sunny____123) reported@bsnl_care I stayed with BSNL not for its network, not for its speed, and definitely not for its customer service – but because it was affordable. This recent hike feels like a silent push from the government to let BSNL fade away, while private telecom companies thrive

Rebatiraman Panda (@RebatiramanPan1) reportedto some other more particularly to jio or airtel.. why so ?? It deliberately done to slow down net speed of bsnl ?? Only advertisement of high speed but in action totally down.. please look into it..
