    @BSNLCorporate My complaint number is 1054395973 and was done on Saturday 26th December. I am struggling to use internet. No one from bsnl follow up for my complaint. Morning around 11 Am internet is gone and come around 5. Don’t know why it is the issue but please help.

    BSNL Land Line no 033 2562 2562 is dead. Line man demanding Rs. 3000 to change cable wire. Refused hence no resolution.Informed exchange and sent email to CMD and CGM. Waiting for the resolution. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KOTD @DoT_India

    @cbseindia29 the worst stream. The officers do not take attention to take the call. Enjoying their chairs. I am calling since 10am to CBSE Allahabad but the phone is frequently busy. @BSNL is so good service provider and all government offices are hanged to @BSNL

    @BSNLCorporate It's been 20 days since I requested for FTTH connection(ref no. 9000456677) The TIP vendor hasn't provided the connection. I tried to contact BSNL exchange (0832 2316000) who told me to contact 08322312700 for booking complaint against the TIP vendor. No one picks up that phone.

    @rsprasad, @pmo Sir, bsnl is doing very badly. Any complaints registered remain un attended. Staff play with customers by sending false SMS stating that the registered complaint is resolved though nothing is done. We can't keep on calling customer service to lodge the complaint.

    @CMDBSNL Sir myself Ravi Menon ,Kolkata ,my No 033 24284573 my broadband at home has been dead since last 6 days. Inspite of writing to BSNL,DOT no one has rectified my fault still. Can you pls help me. in this work from home situation .

    @cgmbsnlkerala Sir, it's not because it's not resolved yet, but its because of the poor service we are getting, eventhough we like to support bsnl, the previous years experiences forces us to leave bsnl...

    @chittukuruvi4 Sir, even i was bugged,till i discovered Airtel-vodfone-bsnl are at loggerheads.The mobile calls generally dont materialise when you make a call from one service provider to another. But some how whatsapp call goes thru and also whatsapp calls work when the mob reception is bad.!

    @BSNLCorporate It's 7th day of no internet service and still no genuine answer to any query and no connect from your side for solving problem. So I'm forced to disconnect BSNL broadband. @BSNL_RJ @rsprasad
