    @BSNL_KL @cgmbsnlkerala Have been loving BSNL since a very long time.. didnt switch to other providers when i had option because i wanted bsnl to stay alive and wanted to support bsnl.. But your plans to introduce FTTH in selected circles only is a betrayal!!... Will move to Asianet soon!!!

    After some days, they just send an SMS saying it is resolved. The less said the better about the BSNL Customer care. Just now, I had raised another request. (No.TNG/CO/2020/12338). Please resolve the issue at the earliest. Else, I will be compelled to apply for disconnection.

    @cgmbsnlkerala #talktocgmbsnlkl from Teekoy pnchayat, Kottayam district. For yrs, we have no network coverage for bsnl in our area.We have already consulted and requested your office at Kottayam but they have total disregard for this. Is there anything u can do abt it?

    @cgmbsnlkerala Some suggestions regarding wallet service of BSNL 1. At present we have to log in with OTP every time we process the recharge action. So it will be better if it can be made in such a way that one time OTP log in for 24 hours
