@BSNLCorporate My BSNL landline number 891-2523691 installed at my residence 101, Merridian Seashells Enclave Siripuram, Visakhapatnam 530003 has stopped working since three days. I lodged a complaint but to no effect. I request for early restoration of phone.

@bsnl_ap_circle yesterday all of a sudden sim stopped working and when I approached bsnl service at vizag they asked me to get replaced with digital kyc with a change of ₹100 & I did. But it is not yet activated. When will it get activated? Pls advise!

@CGM_GUJ_BSNL Our underground copper cables are over 40 years old. Due to repeated faults, overhead cables are pulled that are prone to more problems. I have been BSNL broadband customer since it was launched but due to lack of upgrade the quality and speed is not upto the mark.

@cgm_mh_bsnl In GOA the bsnl telephone exchanges in remote location are in bad condition due to which their is failure of mobile network. Also bharat fiber is not available in GOA. And the Bsnl exchange office staff attitude is very rude towards customers.
