For a new BharatNet Rural Fibre connection, the first bill generally includes pro-rata charges for the applicable period along with 18% GST and ₹599 as a security deposit. If airtel increase the my black bill again, I will dismantle the black install local wifi and get my Sim back on prepaid only.

As per your technical staff now when we place a complaint through the bsnl app the complaint continues to go to those managing the connections in the old apartment.
