    @BSNL_GJ As per your SMS, My complaint booked in BSNL complaint portal with docket_no GUJ/CO/2021/5383 dtd 27/05/2021 is resolved. But no refund received yet. Detail not received. I have surrendered my phone in March 2019. What type of resolved with GUJ/CO/2021/5383 Dtd.27/05/21

    @Jaz_baatein Doesn't look like that. Bsnl service is indeed very bad. They have wide spread network and give good broadband plans but when it comes to speed, their service is really very poor

    @CMDBSNL Sir BSNL Karnataka & BSNL NW are not valuing customer of above 2 decades complaint.Our landline instrument phone is faulty and not working at all.Deficiency in service Are you only bothered about bills When customer complaints everthing falling on deaf ears 080 28377868

    @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL BSNL has blocked my number! We are having a Wi-Fi problem at our Office at Rajarajeshwari Nagar, Bangalore. Our Wi-Fi is down since 3 weeks. There's no one available at the local BSNL Office in Rajarajeshwari Nagar. 1/6

    The BSNL repair team and local BSNL complaint authorities have blocked my phone number, I'm unable to make a call to them. This is how the customer support is over here. We have received no support from BNSL Office. We have problems like this every month. 2/6

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_MP_Circle I have Alphion AONT 100c bought from BSNL ffth service provider in Bengaluru but the service provider here at pin 474020 is forcing users to buy Syrotech SY-GPON-1110 for ₹3000 from him. Both have same specs but he is not installing new connection.

    @airtelindia , @airtelpalwal, the worst internet service provider in palwal, BSNL has much better services with no interruption, And the customer care services are pathetic, you get the complained done but no one will resolve the issue.

    @ANI Great work by the students, they are concerned of their future govt. and #BSNL should at least improve connectivity in this region #BSNL staffs are the most incompetent in this world no one ever works atleast this will show how much poor are their connectivity is.@CMDBSNL
