    We are in containment in homes due to the pandemic. And work from home is our job now, but BSNL broadband providers are not working effectively in time to install BB services in Tura,meghalaya. We need to bribe them to get done the work in 4-5 days @SangmaConrad @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNLCorporate BSNL ftth link down since early morning at Tura.Who is responsible for this frequent link failure. It happens every now and then since the beginning. Please take action @DoT_India. and provide some assistance to improve the connectivity.

    @BSNLCorporate called bsnl customer care and in return they kept me on hold for 6 mins and told me to go to local bsnl office and get it disconnected when its already been disconnected!? What nonsense is this?

    @airtelindia okey okey 3mbps downloading speed on the 4g, MELLIANIALS are the real transitional generation , i remeber bsnl T1 connection, never imagined jio 4g @ 1mbps downloading but this is crazy . I think we are ready for 5g now. ਅਜੋ BC 100mbps on my toilet. **** yes.

    @BSNL_OR I don't know when the days will arrive that bsnl will work like other companies it's been 3 days now with zero network in our area(PARUABHADI, kuchinda).I might also add that online classes are also going on!Tired of BSNL..ye kabhi nhi sudhar sakta!it's really difficult!

    screenshot to BSNL rep KTK group at 3:20 PM but the account is still not active and I had no luck in getting any response from the concerned team. Kindly take a look and do the needful Being a franchisee if we are only facing this issue, then what would the case to the customers?

    @amitw310 @BSNLCorporate same experience i have faced it too,i feel that now thier customer care executives are not entertaining our issues or complainet,just like a useless no when ever i try to call 1504 or 1500 from my bsnl sim it automatically get disconnected

    word worst service from jio, looks like BSNL, always getting network issue, speed 2G instead of 4GB. I hope we will get new best service provider from telecom sector. @JioCare
