The main point is BSNL should focus on addressing customer complaints. I paid them the amount for their service charge but i expect a better response next time. That to 10 kms from District HQ. Is this Digital Atamnirbhar and bla bla India? Better privatize BSNL to bring efficiency.

TURN BSNL IN TO VIEWERS FRIENDLY OR MONOPOLISTIC BSNL WIL GO DOWN AND DISAPPEAR
