  @BSNLCorporate I am all good now, there was a fibre break inside my house. The main point is BSNL should focus on addressing customer complaints. I paid them the amount for their service charge but i expect a better response next time. A request from a customer to its service provider 🙏

  @DoT_India My issue escalated in passed as well. What action has been taken . I think no action has been taken that's why bsnl local bts didn't work when electricity cut in my area and they don't have backup plan

  @BSNLCorporate @Shailesh1135 Installation charges are waived for Bharat Fiber and Air Fiber. Still I am being asked to pay Installation fee by the contractor. May I know why? Horrendous service. When will you learn #BSNL

  @BSNLCorporate He called with the same answer " Service not available in your area". If BSNL could not provide, where else common man would go. BSNL Fiber can reach Andaman but cannot reach person on mainland. Pathetic. Shameful.

  @DoT_India @BSNLCorporate I want BSNL Fiber to be installed. For last one year I m being told service not available in your area. Air fiber too? That to 10 kms from District HQ. Is this Digital Atamnirbhar and bla bla India? Better privatize BSNL to bring efficiency.

  @BSNLCorporate Leave. Thanks for your worst cooperation...!!! We have dropped the idea to install BSNL FTTH. Getting Airtel and RailWire FTTH with better services...!! But, remember one thing @BSNLCorporate - whatever the condition of BSNL is today... It's just because of this kind of service.

  @CMDBSNL @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India Dear Mr. CMD, I have been chasing BSNL for the last one year to get FTTH connection. Everytime got the same reply " Service not available in your area". If BSNL can't reach ppl on mainland how have it reached Andaman. Awaiting.....

  I think my mum and dad are bsnl's last loyal customers! Calls don’t connect,net is always down still they refuse to port.They stay home most of the days so wifi comes to the rescue, but this is some true commitment.

  @AshwiniVaishnaw Connectivity on bsnl network is too poor. Often phones(from & to BSNL) do not connect. Even phone nearby will say out of network area. Ppl thinking to port to other service providers. We patronise bcz of PSU but then network has to work

  @bsnl_care @rohankap78073 Dear Rohan, BSNL will never be able to fix this problem. A problem can only be fixed when it is properly identified, and BSNL's team is very incompetent and lazy. So, the sooner you switch (providers), the better.

  Switched my number (7013762025) from Jio to BSNL, but facing severe network issues at my location (Lat: 17.513757°, Long: 78.588415°). Raised 3 complaints, yet no resolution. BSNL, how can the public trust your service when customer issues are ignored?

  @AjoyDharmavaram Between 2005-2010 ,the no of players in d telecom market were airtel,vodafone,bsnl,tata docomo,idea,virgin telecom ,aircel . More brands meant more choices for consumers and more jobs . Today ,there r two. I have never seen @priyankac19 ,@RahulGandhi raise this issue at all.
