The main point is BSNL should focus on addressing customer complaints. I paid them the amount for their service charge but i expect a better response next time. A request from a customer to its service provider 🙏

They issued me a replacement SIM after Aadhaar verification and ₹60 payment, assuring activation within 6 hours. It has now been 7 days and it is still not activated.
