  The department which sleeps always is @BSNLCorporate . The broadband problem is dead for about last 15 days. After giving complain through twitter to the minister, there is no action except a reply in twitter by bsnl.

  @BSNL_PB I m using bsnl prepaid both SIM. Since 1600hrs today on 08/10/2021 network totally discounted in sector 47c Chandigarh. Network fully suspended. Can't make call.

  @BSNLCorporate Please taken hard action and punishment regading this because all time this problems facing by people many people want to oprating bsnl sim but network problems is very big issues then people port any other company or use other company sim

  @airtelindia showroom is a useless place. Wanted to port to Airtel from BSNL. They made me to visit 5 times. Every time one new requirement. All I can see is disguised unemployment very much there. No one knows anything properly. BSNL CC is way better. Airtel never improves.

  @BSNL_KTK there seems to be issue with outgoing or incoming calls to and from BSNL network. We can receive the call but can’t hear person on the other side and vice-Versa. Please look into it ASAP

  @JioCare worst support ever.. BSNL is better than ur support, I am mailing you and calling customer care to resolve the issue, and your technical team is more talented they said this is not my area when they are 2 km far away..

  @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UKD bsnl is the worst telecom network in the history of india. Pathetic customer service and just annoying the customer. No wonder you're on the verge of being closed down. You deserve to be eliminated from the market.
